Your Google Business Profile is a powerful tool for your small business. By learning how to use it effectively, you can increase your online visibility and attract more customers. Follow these simple steps to access and update your profile directly from your smartphone.

Step One

Tap on the Google Maps App on your smart phone.

Step Two

Tap on the bottom right where it says ‘Business’.

Look at the bottom right to see "Business" and tap on that.

Step Three

Next, tap on ‘See Business Profile.’ You might encounter some challenges here. For example, you might have multiple Google Business Profiles associated with different Gmail accounts. If this happens, click on the drop-down menu to select the correct one. Remember, all your Google apps, including banking apps, are linked to your Google account. If you’re having trouble, send me screenshots via WhatsApp.

Next tap on ‘Photos’ top right corner.
